Return & Refund Policy

At PNW Performance, we strive to provide quality performance parts and accessories. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• All original hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Special order products
• Custom-made or custom-tuned products
• Opened electronic components
• ECU tuning devices once unlocked or used
• Fuel system components that have been installed
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products showing signs of installation, use, or modification

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer or distributor may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the packaging and product.
• We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before shipment.
• Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
• Special-order items may not be canceled after processing.

Warranty Claims

Many products sold by PNW Performance are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and approval. We will gladly assist customers through the warranty process.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
